WebAll I did was complete and submit a form on their site (managed to find my invoice for the rack online) and within a day I had an email stating that a new rack was on the way! Still amazed that it was that simple. The rack did have a limited lifetime warranty but I've seen companies try to worm their way out of stuff like that before. Thanks Thule!
