Web22 Sep 2011 · About a year ago, may be bit off on the time, Scootworks had to make a change to the pulley for the belt and address wear issues. If the pulley is good adjust the belt it to ride within 1/8" of the outside edge of the rear pulley. The outside edge seems to be the sweet spot for eliminating squealing noise.
