WebSince it would blow cold/room temp air, I would try turning off the heat and the nest would say off, but the fan would blow continuously. Full reboot/reset would do nothing. Air would keep blowing. I had HVAC people come out. They were here for an hour and said it was a stuck gas valve and he knocked on it and it started working.
