For our plan, 1 egg retrieval = 3/4 smart cycle and 1 FET = 1/4 smart cycle. Apparently it varies by company. Progyny covers most fertility testing and also most medications. There’s coinsurance and we still pay something, but all in all it is an amazing benefit.
