WebA medium-bodied dry red wine with lovely blackcurrant aromas. The palate shows ripe red berry and pepper flavours held together with good tannic structure. The hand-picked grapes were crushed and destemmed, prior to fermentation. The juice was then fermented on the skins for 6 days at 23-25°C, enabling colour, flavour and tannin extraction. WebBolney now produces an array of award-winning red, white, rosé and sparkling English wines. The winery won UK Wine Producer of the Year in the International Wine and Spirit Competition in 2012. Since then, it was also presented with the title of Winery of the Year 2024 at the UK Wine Awards.
