WebiPhone alarms have been faulty for me as well. Works fine most of the time, but on occasion (~ once every 1 month) it simply doesn’t ring. I've never had it turn off by itself, but I've also never left it ringing for an hour (it went off for 15-20 minutes when I was in the shower once though and didn't stop until I dismissed it). I'm guessing that you're just switching it off while half-awake - I know I do which is why I set separate alarms on my phone and ...
