Thats not even considering the rebuilding … WebSep 5, 2008 · The basic procedure is to loosen the crank pin nut, tighten it down to 1/2 torque in the jigs, and either wedge or clamp the flywheel to true after checking on the trueing stand. If both arrows of the trueing stand go high at the same time, 180 degrees from crank pin, you clamp the flywheel at the high spots, and re-check on stand.
