WebIf the phone screen is off discord won't even receive updates. It's permissions are all set correctly. Data saver doesn't apply to it, it's allowed to run in the background. But when checking background running time on the battery: 13 minutes compared to the 2 hours I've been actually in discord on my phone chatting.
